Common questions around accesing your hosting panel.

I can't remember the URL to access CPanel?

You can find your login url in the welcome email we sent you. You can also add the subdomain ‘cpanel’ to the start of your domain to log in.

  1. Visit cpanel.yourdomain.com, but replace ‘yourdomain.com’ with your own web address.

I can't remember my password?

Don’t worry it happens to the best of us!

  1. Start by visiting cpanel.yourdomain.com, but replace ‘yourdomain.com’ with your actual web address.
  2. Locate the reset password links, it’s located below the login box.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions by entering your username, and follow the prompts.
  4. You should receive an email from your cpanel account if the account email is set up correctly.
  5. If you don’t receive an email, don’t panic, just contact us, and we can get you moving again quickly.

Please check your welcome email from us as it will detail the correct nameservers for your hosting.

Your name servers will look something like this:

  • ns1.syd4.hostyourservices.net
  • ns2.syd4.hostyourservices.net
